Postcrossing Taiwan 4th Meetup / 第四屆臺灣Postcrossing聚會

轉眼間距離去年的全國聚會又過了一年多了，大家和多少朋友們交換過明信片呢？有沒有參加地區聚會認識新朋友呢？

今年臺灣片友依舊偕同國立臺灣大學集郵筆友社辦理全臺聚會，地點從過去的臺北、桃園，再嘗試往南移一點，到了臺灣的中心—臺中市。活動的詳細資料如下：

1. 日期：五月26日（六）。
2. 時間：上午10時至下午五時。
3. 地點：臺中市民權路郵局集郵中心與英才郵局快捷股。
4. 活動內容：臺灣Postcrossing寄件量第一名Janet Wu心得分享講演、片友分組交流、午餐茶會聯誼、英才郵局限時郵件處理參觀、臨時郵局郵品製作。
5. 費用：新台幣兩百元。活動紀念明信片數張、茶會午餐、保險。請於五月18日前匯款。
6. 匯款帳號：郵局（700） 0001236-0516543 國立臺灣大學集郵筆友社康秩群
7. 活動特色：本次有申請臨時郵局，將鐫刻全世界第一枚Postcrossing郵戳，另會印發聚會紀念明信片。有報名繳交費用的，才能得到喔。

報名方式：

1. 於五月18日17:00前，匯款或ATM轉帳至臺大集郵筆友社郵局帳戶：

2. 填寫報名表
3. 於聚會23日（三）收取電子郵件，確認報名完成與行前通知。

*4. 若您欲攜伴參加，請為您的伴另填一份報名表，並在Postcrossing ID部份，填上「XXXX（您的Postcrossing ID）的伴」以利統計。

• Activities:

1. Sending Postcard is so Easy, A brief lecture by Janet Wu, Taiwan No. 1 postcrosser.
2. Group Discussion.
3. Postcards Writing.
4. Visit the Priority Mail Process Center.

• The feature of the meetup:

We apply a temporary post office. We are going to have a postcrossing cancellation. According to Ana's email, it will be the first of the world.

3. Check you email on the Wednesday 23 May to confirm the registration and receive the itinerary.

從 Postcrossing 轉用 OpenStreetMap 談起 鄉民地圖在郵政資訊的應用

近幾年來台大集郵筆友社的發展重心轉向 Postcrossing 國際明信片交換上，舉辦數次明信片分享會，以及第二年的台大杯明信片交換賽。先前我有寫一篇文章談論 OpenStreetMap 臺灣社群 Mapping Party 的文章。文章中提及 Postcrossing 網站已經改用 OpenStreetMap 的圖資當成底圖，如今兩個知名企業 Apple 以及 Foursquare 已經換成使用 OpenStreetMap。我這篇文章將詳細講 Postcrossing 網站為何要改用 OpenStreetMap，以及其他郵政相關的資料，怎樣能夠發揮更大功用。
